Welcoming Dr. Tejpaul Pannu as Chair of the Promptus Physicians Advisory Network

Great technology is dying somewhere between the lab and the operating room. Why? Because nobody on the inside vouched for it. Physicians don't adopt what they don't trust, and they don't trust what strangers hand them.

We are building the solution to that problem and today we're excited to announce that Dr. Tejpaul Pannu, MD will be joining Promptus as Chair of our Physicians Advisory Network.

Why This Matters

Dr. Pannu is a practicing neurosurgeon with a focus on complex spine disorders, spinal injuries, and conditions of the brain, the kind of clinical background that comes from years in the operating room, not a boardroom. What sets him apart is what he's done with that background.

Tejpaul is one of the rare physicians who has paired genuine surgical excellence with real business acumen, and that combination is exactly what a company building physician-facing technology needs at the table.

Building the Physicians Advisory Network

The Physicians Advisory Network is new, and we're in the early stages of building it. This panel is foundational infrastructure for how Promptus develops, communicates, and stands behind physician-facing technology going forward.

That's why the role of Chair is such an important piece of this process. We're laying the foundation deliberately, with the right people, so that what we build here is durable and genuinely impactful.

What Comes Next

As Chair of the Physicians Advisory Network (PAN), Dr. Pannu will help set the tone and credibility for how Promptus engages with the physician community. He'll be lending his voice as someone who has been in the room where these decisions get made.

Our CEO, Chris Franks, has said that the biggest risk in medtech isn't the technology. It's building it in a vacuum, disconnected from the people who will actually use it. Tejpaul's role is a direct answer to that. He's not here to run the day-to-day of the panel; he's here as a trusted clinical voice who can validate what we're building and connect us to the people who matter most, faster than we could on our own.

We're grateful to have Tejpaul's expertise, network, and conviction behind Promptus, and we're looking forward to what his leadership brings to this next chapter.
